This was a truly amazing experience! Everything was done to perfection, and with the utmost professionalism. The job was for a few rooms in a house which had not been lived in or cared for properly for 20 years -- "just" a bit of tidying up in the den and hallways (floors, walls, fixtures), some wiping down of surfaces and mopping in the kitchen, and a deeper clean in the bathroom. The team went far above and beyond what I requested or expected. The conditions they were working in were truly deplorable, and I let them know I didn't expect any miracles, yet the work they accomplished (in just a few hours!) was nothing short of miraculous! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Our housekeeper of 17 years had moved and we needed to get the house cleaned for an upcoming special party. M2M made it very easy. They sent a pair out right on time and they did an awesome job. Even with our 2 big dogs and very large house they were able to get everything spotless and they were so nice, took directions well and even showed me how to use the steam feature on our dryer! When we need the house cleaned again I will be calling M2M!!

They came out same day and Carolina did an AMAZING job!! She went truly above and beyond! The phone staff were very professional and answered the phone quickly and took care of all my questions and concerns as this was my first time using a cleaning service 😀

We offer discounts as a way to show our customer appreciation. First time cleans and reoccurring cleans (Weekly 20% off, bi-weekly 15% off and Monthly 10% off). We also show our appreciation during holidays and other times we are feeling friendly, which is all the time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all customers as someone we want to retain and build a long lasting relationship with. We reach out via quotes and provide many ways of contacting us via email, text or call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 yrs combined in customer service. We feel most people can provide a thorough clean but add that clean with amazing customer service you have a company that is unstoppable.
