I can’t say enough wonderful things about working with Chef Valerie. She is great to work with and her food is fantastic. She has done several events for my family (& business) and every time is perfection. She has a true talent for flavors and putting them together with a flair.
I highly recommend her and know you won’t be sorry.
We just had her do out Thanksgiving Turkey (& some dudes) and that turkey/gravy was the best we’ve EVER had (we were licking our plates) & amazing sides (sweet potato casserole was the best ever). The gal’s got skills. Her staff is always courteous and helpful as well.

Thank you Chef Valerie for your delicious food for our family event. Everything was perfection. I can’t wait to do our neighborhood cooking class for our holiday party! I know you’ll make it amazing.
Btw my mother-in-law wants your lasagna recipe (she said it’s better than hers)!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about working with Jeff VALERIE… Her food is phenomenal and she is very easy to work with. I have used her for small drop of dinners as well as catering some family/business events; both at my home and office.
I can’t say enough great things and know that you will be very satisfied and happy with her services well.
