Introduction: A female-owned and operated traveling fitness business. We specialize in weight loss, strength building, and toning. We encourage our clients and help them not only get physically fit but think on a positive level. At Lean and Lifted we believe that the mind and body both need to be catered to in order to achieve lasting results. In the end, our clients not only end up looking good but feeling good! Great for beginners! In Person and virtual training available! Lean and Lifted started in 2017. I currently travel to my clients and train them in their own gyms, homes, or an outdoors location. I started off self-taught and used personal research to reach for my fitness goals. I've always loved to help people so I now use my passion for fitness to help others come to feel, think and look great in their own skin. I'm currently studying for my NASM certification in personal training.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are usually per hour. If my travel time is extended there might be an extra charge. The couple rate is higher than the individual rate but hiring me for small groups could save you some money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start where the customer is willing and able and then help them to make improvements on their fitness level session by session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in fitness for about nine years. I've always been active and sporty since childhood. Basketball was my game of choice in school.
