Comfort Zone Massage Therapy

Introduction: I use a combination of all the techniques I've learned over the last 18 years, the strength I've built and what I'd want if I were on the table. I do mostly deep tissue and trigger point therapy for increased flexibility and relaxation. I can also do light/lymphatic touch for post surgical relief from swelling. A lot of my clients remark on my music. I continually update my music playlist with relaxing old and new songs from the radio and movie soundtracks. No Enya, Celtic flutes and babbling brooks here ever. My office plays Elton John, the Beatles, Jay-Z, Norah Jones, The Lumineers, Otis Redding and Ray LaMontagne, to name a few. I enjoy the connection with clients and truly being able to make a difference for them. Being a therapist for almost 19 years has helped me build a rapport with clients from all walks of life and in all age ranges. The most important thing to me is that each client enjoys his/her session and I encourage feedback and will make adjustments according to their needs.
