- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 6, 12, and 24 month payment plans! We understand that you have other wedding expenses, so we try to lessen the strain on your wallet as best we can!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a DEDICATED videographer! Not somebody who does both video and photos! That usually means they aren't good at either. Would you hire the caterer to also DJ the reception? Or get a photographer to also officiate the ceremony? With AWA Wedding Films, we have 2 videographers on site at all times recording the biggest moments with a singular focus. We aren't trying to get the groom's reaction on video while also trying to photograph your entrance. We believe that in order to provide the highest quality wedding film, you need, at minimum, 2 dedicated videographers who only do one thing: focus on you.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How much money do you think it would take to convince your mom to burn all of your childhood pictures and old home videos? Would she do it for $20,000? Maybe for a million? Chances are your mom wouldn't get rid of those priceless memories for all the money in the world. You aren't buying a wedding film. You're buying a memory of the biggest day of your life. In 50 years, nobody will remember the floral arrangements or the catering. But on your 50th anniversary when your film is played, your whole entire family will remember the love . So when you figure out the budget for your wedding, DON'T go cheap on the people who are in charge of capturing the memories! You won't remember how bad the food was a month after the wedding, but you'll be haunted by the TERRIBLE photos and videos for the rest of your life if you decide to get someone subpar.
