- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No cash, we only accept digital or electronic payments before the session. We are able to charge less than most studios because we are working out of our home studio; we have the sound not the look of a professional studio (see pictures). No hidden costs ever. In our experience, the better we manage your expectations, the more likely you are to come back to us for your next project and recommend us to others. If you have another digital payment platform you prefer please let us know so we can add it to our list of service providers for your convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have at least one call with all new customers before we schedule our first session. On this free consultation call we will make sure we understand your needs, manage your expectations, and schedule our first session. Our Production Process for each Song: 1. You email us the instrumental tracks before your vocal recording session. 2. At your vocal recording session we would complete one song at a time, start to finish (record, mix, and master) 3. We begin by recording all the vocals of your first song until you are satisfied with them 4. After all vocal recording for the first song is complete, we would sit together and you would review and approve what we do as we edit and add effects to each part of your first song 5. Once you are satisfied with that we would then adjust the frequencies of the song's various parts until you are satisfied with the EQ and overall Mix 6. Finally, we would finish the Mastering, again with your review and approval and provide you with a digital version of the final Master Copy of the Recording
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all self taught, but go see the songs we’ve produced in our links and reviews from customers who have worked with other studios to see why we are confident we can add value to your project.
