- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive, though we do have some discounts available for long-term customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting/talking about the project. Quoting the job for materials and labor. If we can agree on price, schedule the work to start at the customer's convenience. Consult with the customer if changes are needed. Walk the work site with the customer once labor is completed. Finalize payment once both parties are satisfied with the work done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My family is in the construction business, so I am familiar with the work from an early age. I have been doing this work for close to 12 years.
