- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will touch base and I will ask a couple of questions to better understand your needs and I will answer any questions that you have about my services. The next step is scheduling your first photoshoot. I can sometimes book clients 24 hours before they need the photoshoot, but 3-5 days is best. After this, I will send you a home preparation checklist to help you prepare your home. My turnaround time is 24 hours after the end of the photoshoot.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with agents and brokers in Century 21, Keller Williams, Nathan Grace, Briggs Freeman Sotheby's, CEDA Realty, Berkshire Hathaway, Coldwell Banker, and numerous independent brokerages. I prefer to work with agents who care about their customers and want to make sure they are served first. Realtors who care about quality and branding are also a good fit.
