Stephanie has been my personal trainer and has provided group dance lessons for a group of girls between the ages of 8-17. Stephanie is AMAZING!! she is able to help you work out and sweat with a smile on your face. She helps you create a plan that works for you and that is truly based on your realities. As a group teacher she is able to help all the people in the group join in and try new things that they might be shy or unsure about. Kids love her teaching and I as an adult, who doesn't like to work out, LOVE working out with her.

Stephanie has been my personal trainer for the past year! She is, hands down, the best. From setting goals, to keeping me on track, and becoming a wonderful friend, there is not a more wonderful trainer in the business. She keeps workouts fun, and makes you work hard in the best possible way! I can't recommend her highly enough.
