Introduction: I have learned that effective communication skills are critical to individual success, regardless of your age - whether you are 12 or 82! My services will be explained clearly from the beginning, and will include a plan for me and my customer to follow, in order to stay on track. We will assess goals and develop a plan together, to benefit the customer. I've always enjoyed teaching and training people. My work experience allowed me the opportunity to prepare system module training materials. I used these training materials when I taught fellow employees and external customers how to use the system. I took great pride knowing that the students were able to actually use the system by the end of the class, as a result of my teaching efforts!

My name is David Drapala and I just recently retired from Fortune 500 Company in Pittsburgh PA as Manager, Credit Services. I have known and worked with Jeanne for over 12 years. Jeanne worked in the Information Technology Department as an analyst and later as a Project Manager. Jeanne and her team were responsible for the implementation of Accounts Receivable Systems for the Credit, Collections and Cash application departments. This included Accounts Receivable, Collections and a self-service payment module used by external customers. In both roles, Jeanne utilized excellent oral and written communication skills with both internal and external customers. Jeanne prepared project management documentation, presentations and training materials for employees and customers. She conducted in-house and off-site training classes, facilitated meetings and made numerous presentations to management. Jeanne made a presentation to over 100 people at the Oracle application user group (OAUG) conference citing the commercial advantages of the software to internal and external customers. 1. Meet and Greet - in person or over the phone, to determine if we are a good match. 2. Discuss customer needs and requirements, and goals. 3. Provide a brief overview of my work experience. 4. Mutually agree on a plan to achieve these goals. 5. Execute the study/lesson plan. 6. Measure progress and adjust the plan accordingly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BSBA in Business administration with a Major in accounting. I have held various positions that required excellent writing and speaking skills. Since 1997, I have been involved with project teams in the US as well as in Mexico, Canada and Europe implementing new software systems. These projects involved project planning, preparation of training materials, teaching system users, and making presentations to management on project progress. I have 34 years of work experience and excellent communication skills.
