I have no standard pricing as of yet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Meet and Greet - in person or over the phone, to determine if we are a good match. 2. Discuss customer needs and requirements, and goals. 3. Provide a brief overview of my work experience. 4. Mutually agree on a plan to achieve these goals. 5. Execute the study/lesson plan. 6. Measure progress and adjust the plan accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BSBA in Business administration with a Major in accounting. I have held various positions that required excellent writing and speaking skills. Since 1997, I have been involved with project teams in the US as well as in Mexico, Canada and Europe implementing new software systems. These projects involved project planning, preparation of training materials, teaching system users, and making presentations to management on project progress. I have 34 years of work experience and excellent communication skills.
