We contracted with Tibbetts Construction last year to have a 2nd story added to our ranch home as well as a kitchen remodel. After sorting through multiple contractors we instantly knew when we met Joel he was someone we could trust! He made the whole process very comfortable with minimum worries. Then he did something that really touched both of us..After finding out my husband and I were both veterans he upgraded our countertops to granite at no extra charge. This company truly cares for their customers and we would highly recommend them to anyone!! Thanks Joel and crew! Debra + Mike

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always offer free estimates and advise. The owner Joel goes out to look at every job and answers any questions or concerns you may have.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My uncle got me started in construction at age 16 taking me under his wing and showing me the ropes. 24 yrs later I find myself now training my son.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Taking the lowest bidder isn't always the best thing to do. We see this so many times when contractors lowball just to get the job. Often they have no or limited insurances and unskilled labor.
