I offer two different session time-frames, 60 minutes or 40 minutes. Training rates Individual Training: 1st Training Session for (1) Person - 60 or 40 Minute Session is $40.00 - This gives you the chance to make sure I am a good fit for you. Additional Sessions: 60 Minute Session $70.00 40 Minute Session $60.00 Group Training: (2) People 60 Minute Session - $80.00 total for two people 40 Minute Session - $70.00 total for two people (3) People 60 Minute Session - $90.00 total for two people 40 Minute Session - $80.00 total for two people Special groups of 4 people 60 Minute Session - $100.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I sit with the client and evaluate their goals; I do a standard Wellness profile. I will document bodyfat, bone density, hydration level, and body age.(if the client wants this service) and from their take them through a workout customized to their specific goals and level of physical ability.
