Another Cycle Appliance
About this pro
There are many people out there who may be able to do what I do. Appliance repair is not rocket science. What sets me apart from others is my great attitude, my willingness to get the job done right, and the satisfaction I get from a job well done. A hand shake and an appreciative customer who wants to tell others of their great experience. I love meeting new people. I've been doing residential appliance repair for just over 9 years now and have met a lot of people! I also love not being stuck in one building all day, I get to travel around my community and surrounding communities.

Q & A
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Nothing fancy. Service call charge is $95, and includes the first half hour of diagnosis. After that it is $50/hour. Most service calls are completed in under a half hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been repairing appliances professionally for 9 years. I started out at Sears as a service tech for apx 3 years and then moved on to a small locally-owned family business where i spent 6 years as a tech. With all the experience I gathered, and with my own family growing, I decided it was time to start my own business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always been fascinated by how things work. The TV remote, cars, a vcr. Why and how they work led me to take things apart as a child. It also drove my parents crazy because I wasnt always able to put these things back together. That curiosity has always stuck with me. Now of course I know and understand how to diagnose problems and correctly put them back together.
