- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount at the end of the job if you like and review us on Facebook @GoldenCarePainting. We keep our prices comparable to all our competitor by constantly striving to increase our efficiency, while still delivering the highest quality result!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get a lead we reach out immediately and offer to come and give a free estimate. We are always on time and professional. After getting our measurements we give the customer a document with more information about our company. We will then send the customer the official estimate via email by the end of that day. We respond to email, call, or text and we value good customer service
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started out doing Landscaping and Pressure Washing. One day a customer really liked the work we did for them and asked if we painted. So we said we would try our best. We did a little research, talked to friends and family, and gave it a shot. To make a long story short, we fell in love with painting and today, We only do painting exclusively!
