- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consulting & Contracting: a fixed price proposal is offered based on the client's project scope. Seminars, Speaking, Training: a fixed price is offered based on the event size and frequency. Coaching: a fixed price if offered based on the number of times the coach & client meet each month (1 to 4x) or if it is individual or group coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer all prospective coaching clients a free, no obligation, 90 minute session to meet and explore their goals, vision, and talk about how we can work together. We then develop an action plan regarding areas to focus on through a business & personal effectiveness evaluation. This plan contains information about subject matter, frequency, and desired outcomes / measures. For consulting or contracting work, we will meet with the prospective client to discuss the scope of work, deliverables, desired goals, and then develop a proposal and start work. For training or seminars, we work with the client to tailor the subject matter to the audience based on timing, group size, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 20+ years in "Corporate America" in a variety of roles ranging from Engineering, R&D, Project Management, Customer Service, Quality, Product Management, Mergers & Acquisitions (companies up to $60M), Strategic Development, Process Improvement, Business Integration, and General Management of companies up to $250M with oversight of 700 employees. B.S., M.S., and M.B.A educated. Certified Professional Business Coach (CPBC). Currently the owner of four (4) successful businesses in the State of Florida.
