- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$250 a month for the online training $300 a month for face to face training (I will come to you) $400 a month if you want to add Nutrition
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask a varity of questions: 1. What is your Goal? Long term and Short Term 2. Any Previous Injuries? 3. Any Medical Concerns? 4. Have you worked with a personal trainer before? What did you like and what did you not like? 5. Previous exercise Routine 6. How long have you been wanting to achieve this goal?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Double Major: 1. Exercise Science 2. Human Performance and Fitness Training Experience: Personal Trainer at Equinox Fitness Role: Developed week and year long programs for each client. Preformed a flexibility test as well as the FMS. Also, analyzed clients data which involoved taking heart rate, blood pressure, and skin fold measurements Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at St. Ambrose University Role: Provided exercise programs based on athletes needs and sport. Conducted fitness testing which involoved the squat, hang clean, broad jump, and bench press. I adjusted programs if athletes became injuried. Before each session I would teach proper form to prevent injury. Trainer at Quad Cities Accleration Role: Provided exercise program based on athletes goals and if they were in season or out. Conducted fitness testing that involoved verticle jump, 10 yard dash, and VO2 max test. Volunteer Marathon Coach Role: Provided online training logs to all the runners and developed cross-training schedules.
