Introduction: Inspectioneering is the unique combination of home inspection services with the added bonus of years of Structural Engineering experience. I'm an ASHI Certified Home Inspector who graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Civil Engineering. After working as a licensed engineer designing both high-rise, commercial, as well as residential structures, I became a Home and Property Inspector. My inspection includes the  inspection of the roof, foundation, structure, exterior, crawl space, electricity, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, Etc I also wanted to mention that I use a thermal imaging camera at all of my inspections as well as a self-leveling laser device to measure vertical displacement / settlement if Foundation movement is a concern.
