- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once a week sessions with no commitment cost the most. Please inquire for a quote. I am working with a sliding scale so please ask about 4 week and 8 week package deals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a conversation about their goals and looking at what kind of program would work for them. I also have them fill out a PAR-Q form and if we are a fit, also do a quick movement assessment to look for any muscle imbalances so we can ensure there won't be any injuries and we can be on our way to achieving their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification for personal training and fitness nutrition. I am currently studying for specialization in pre and postnatal training/women’s fitness as well as youth training.
