As goals are met, needs are reassessed and new goals are set. Changing how you feel, one muscle at a time I've been practicing massage for 14 years after studying under the respected and renown Sandy Fritz, author, and owner of Health Enrichment Center, in Lapeer, MI. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs.
