I met with Crystal and educated her on proper daily Nutrition and Hydration, just like I do everyone I meet with. I shared with her what has been working for me and countless others over the past 4 years. Everyone I meet with loves the knowledge I share with them and currently, I meet with 20-30 clients a week who are happy with my service and approach.
