- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do. We typically research the construction pricing for job and the area we are working in ,( there is a low too high range), then most generally we deduct 5% from the low price range and that is how we typically bid our first job with a new customer. If we are working with a repeat customer we use the 10% discount we provide at the end of the first job that went towards their second job. If a repeat customer chooses us to work with 4 times in a 12 month period we offer a 15% discount on the forth job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thank them for accepting our bid and then answer any questions they may have about the steps we are going to take to insure that we meet the standard of craftsmanship they desire. Then began job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to construction trade school and work in the field for many years before starting my own services..
