- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rebel can price however the customer is comfortable, with firm fixed pricing there is a process for defining exact requirements.Rebel also has hourly pricing if that is preferred.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Rebel offers a free half hour to one hour discovery consult with all new clients. This is where we establish goals, objectives, timeline. During this time Rebel also offers any advice and answers any questions they may have.Rebel builds long term relationships with clients, but regardless, they also do a one hour education and training session after the first project free of charge. .
