- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet at the facility to establish a feel for the environment and location. I like to make sure that the clients we work with are setting themselves up for success, you should love where you workout. Our first meeting is a free consultation to talk about your goals and the process of reaching them. If we're not a good fit, its best to part ways there. I have many friends in the business, if we can't help you I will refer you to someone I think would be a good fit. If we decide that we should move forward at that point we can establish a schedule that fits for you and get started on a path to your goal!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) as a personal trainer. My degree is in exercise physiology. I have been working professionally as a personal trainer for 20 years.
