Dayton's Web Guru really worked hard to deliver an outstanding website for my wife's and my new business. We were very pleased with the end product and know there is even more versatility built in to the site so as we grow, the site grows with us. Thanks for everything!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based on clients needs. Prices can range from $500 to $5,000+ depending on what the client is looking for. I try to stay within someone's budget and understand the needs of a small business or individual. I am not looking to price gouge anyone, I am looking to build a relationship.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I prefer you to describe your project in detail via email to give me an idea of what you are looking for. Providing me with examples of other sites helps me see what you like in a website and what you want. I can then come to your office or most of the time I will meet with a client over coffee to discuss your project.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are local to your business. Despite what some developers will tell you, it is harder to get someone to give you what you paid for if they are across state lines. I have had clients that have lost thousands of dollars because they can't afford to sue the company in the state that the developer operates in. It's unfortunate, but that is the way the world works.
