I've been training with Seth for about 9 months and love it. I had been struggling with weight, energy, and general motivation after having my first child. I first looked into a gym chain, but there were tons of warnings about memberships and the trainers. I was looking for someone to help me with my pitiful form and plan all the routines I needed to make my goals... I just wanted to show up pretty much. I actually enjoy going to the gym now and it's made a difference. He varys routines regularly and continues to adjust and tweak as we go. We do measurements each month to track progress as well as logging each workout in his app. He's also provided extra workouts through his app when I can't make it in. I'm glad I made the leap 9 months ago and would highly recommend Seth to anyone looking for an experienced trainer that plans and executes fantastic workouts while distracting with good conversation.

Very customized and well thought out workout routines and tips. I travel a ton for work, and have a lingering shoulder injury, and Seth did well to mold a plan around those. Also did a free in-person session, great refresher on form.
