- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off by assessing the property to insure it is suitable for tenants. We document the current condition of home, very detailed I might add. We protect our clients investments by offering bi-annually maintenance to major applaince at an affordable cost. When any work is needed to the house we will notify you and find the best quotes. onces we gather the quotes we'll present them to you and you decide who will do the work.

Have to have a RE broker license, company has to be insured, Account strictly for PM, the list goes on. The good news is we checked off every item in order to be in business.
