- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never charge unless the customer is 100% happy and wishes to download the photos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to what the customer is looking for and sometimes ask for them to provide example images which they find appealing and relatable to their vision. If they are uncertain of what they want, we attempt to help them with example images so that we are all on the same page and have a clear path to the final results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ringling School of Art & Design in 1994. Since then I have spent my career working in both the film and video game industry as both a character and camera animator. I was a Senior Animator on the first Academy Award winning animated film, Shrek. Recently I was the Lead Camera Animator on Madden NFL 18's Longshot.
