- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Much like the animals we work with, every job is unique. Our prices reflect the work that's required at each property. Trapping prices depend on the species, location and duration. Exclusion prices are quoted for each structure depending on what's required to seal the building. Our clean-ups also vary with severity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We love to know what's going on. Often times the customer has a lot of great details about their animal issue before we arrive. We like to know what you hear in the attic, when you hear it and how long it's been happening. We'll use the information provided during our inspection to assist with identification and provide a complete solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We pride ourselves on setting the standard in our industry. We are longtime members of NWCOA and hold many certifications. We are bat-cone certified, bird-barrier certified installers, board certified operators in wildlife trapping and safe removal. We are OSHA certified and continue professional education as a part of our routine business. We also work with pest control companies in creating safe, humane and ethical nuisance animal programs.
