- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each Client is unique and some services requests included more additions or less, depending on the client requirement. I always proved a service agreement that outlines the service and what the pricing covers, and the payment requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation over a conference call. THANKS TO THE CONVENIENCE AFFORDED WITH TODAY’S TECHNOLOGY, ONLINE PLANNING SOLUTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT YOUR FINGERTIPS, LITERALLY! If within the proximity 50 miles of my location, the meeting(s) can be onsite or in my office. If further, I'm well versed and equipped to work remotely to include GoToMeeting or WebCast.
