- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 3-month & 6-month Health Coaching programs ($180/month for two 60 min sessions, $144/month for two 45 min sessions, or $108/month for two 30 min sessions). If a client chooses to make the program payment in full, he/she will receive 10% discount. Monthly payment option is also available. Payments are accepted in cash, check, Venmo or Zelle. I also offer discounted combo packages for clients who would like to benefit from both Reiki and Health Coaching ($225/month for 45 min/30min combo). This also include books, food samples, recipes, handouts, and weekly e-mail support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As for Health Coaching, I set up a free initial consultation with a new client (50-minute Health History session). This could be done in person, over the phone or via Zoom. After this session, I will be able to fully understand the client's health conditions, health goals and current obstacles. Having all the information in place, we will decide on the next action steps together. During the program, we meet twice a month for 3 to 6 months. I keep track of each client's progress, and provide necessary support and resources until they are able to reach their goals. Health Coaching and Reiki treatments can be done in-person or remotely. I have had clients in many states (CA, TX, NY, NJ, MD, SD, AZ, MI, NM, LA, FL, VA, RI, VT, ME, NH, and MA) as well as abroad (Japan, England, Panama, Switzerland, Canada and Philippines). As for Reiki, I offer a discounted 45-min trial session ($40) to new clients who have never tried Reiki before. Reiki sessions can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, monthly, or whenever the need arises. Reiki provides wonderful relaxation & stress reduction to my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, coaching skills, and how to provide appropriate support and resources for various clients. In September 2019, I became a certified Radical Remission Teacher / Workshop Facilitator, and in January 2020, I became a certified Radical Remission Health Coach. I offer individually tailored RR Health Coaching and RR Workshops for cancer patients and their families, or anyone who has chronic health conditions and wants to strengthen his/her immune system. In these sessions, I coach them about the 10 Healing Factors discovered by Dr. Kelly Turner. I have also been certified as a Reiki Master Teacher / Practitioner, and I teach Reiki classes & private lessons both in-person and online. In addition, I was a volunteer through a hospice in Newton, MA for 17 years. Reiki is one of the services I offer to my hospice clients.
