- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will use your per person or total budget to build a custom menu.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to discuss the party, times, budget, and expectations of the food. Once initial contact is made we start building menus. We build everything custom for each party and really try to put are egos aside. Once the menu is agreed upon we make an itemized invoice that shows all menu items clearly and quantities of the items. We aim to be transparent and straightforward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
School of Hard knocks for cooking. Bachelor's degree from Ohio University in geological Science.
