- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask if they got the device repaired before. Test the device out to make sure that there is no other problems before the repair and after the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Samsung training and just self study of all types of electronics.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this kind of work when I was younger, I would take things apart to see how they worked and then put them back together. I would work on friends and families electronics when they couldn't get a new one or get it repaired.
