Introduction: I am a traveling CPT. If you have the room, I will come to your home and provide a total body workout including strengthening and conditioning, cardio with boxing and/or kickboxing followed by core. Get your personal training sessions in the comfort of your own home. I enjoy seeing the transition in clients from the time they start to just a couple weeks into training. They see a huge difference in their strength and self confidence, they are energized, and they feel better physically and mentally.
