Introduction: I will cater and/or cook in your home. I have been in the restaurant business most of my life. I am also a hairdresser. I owned two different restaurants in Rockford for 15 years. I now live in Delavan, WI. I can cook all Italian, Mediterranean, and quite a bit of Asian food types. I have done quite a bit of catering through the years in the Rockford area including for backstage On The Waterfront, Admirals Club,Rockford School of Medicine, Rockford Orthopedic, etc. I am also into many private homes in the Rockford area to relate here. Jeremy has catered large dinner parties for us for about 10 years. His menus are always interesting, fresh, and delicious. Every year that we have had Jeremy cater, we have had rave reviews from both medical students as well as faculty members.

Jeremy was our personal chef for my husbands 50th birthday celebration (party of 12). His communication prior to the event including suggestions and flexibility on the menu was excellent. The food was absolutely FANTASTIC - many compliments were given by our guests on the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Jeremy for your personal chef needs!

Did not want to hire someone out of state and told the vendor no. They kept contacting me after being told no. Use caution with companies that cannot respect boundaries.

I contacted this person one time after she she didn't want to use someone out of state. I explained we are just across the border and to please keep us in mind. That's it.

I was looking to have a private dinner and I wanted the chef that I hire to give me sample menus and suggestions. Pretty simple request for a real chef! I was then given the options to trust him, give him the exact menu I want or get a different chef. Can you guess which option I went with?Extremely unprofessional! Don't hire!

We had Jeremy for my wife's birthday party and then again for a private dinner for 4. Wonderful chef. The food is fantastic and the service great. Our guests are still talking about the event.
