- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to be fair. If a customer thinks my quote is to high or unfair.. I am happy to negotiate. I am more interested in quality and just plain making people happy with my work and hopefully spreading the word
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Again fairness and happiness. I want the customer to be confident they chose a professional cleaner that they can trust and that will do an excellent job with a great attitude
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years plus experience. I have been professionally cleaning since I was a teenager. I started with cabins up north and now am hoping to use my experience to start my own business
