Bentley and Baylee are doing great as we keep working with them with the training techniques we learned from Lead the Way K9 Training. We particularly like the "Place" training and being able to keep them on "Place" while we do other things around the house, like eat dinner. We are becoming more and more confident in handling them on walks now that we are able to keep them in the sit or heel command and with people approaching. Overall very beneficial to our family/pack.May 4, 2018Verified

Our puppy Brooklyn is a very smart dog and was doing ok with training, but we were not succeeding due to our own time availability to work with her and our lack of expertise in areas that she was not excelling in. Brittney & Josh were amazing from the first contact through their explanation of their program. I enjoyed watching all of the videos of the past pets they had worked with. They kept us up to date and informed through the entire process and we loved watching her success on social media. At the "go home" training session for us, they did an excellent job at instructing our entire family and even allowing the kids to be a major part in trying to distract her and show how well she could behave, even with their craziness. We still have to follow-up training with her at home to help her to continue her success but she is leaps and bounds ahead of where she was. We are now able to get her calm by putting her in place which will be so helpful when company arrives or when the kids are trying to get ready in the morning for school. We greatly appreciate the calm and patience that Lead the Way provided and we are excited about our future with our well behaved pup.Aug 31, 2017Verified
Josh and Brittany are incredible. We signed up our 10 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback for their 2 week program and had an awesome experience. As soon as we walked in the door, we knew Nala was in good hands. They treat each dog as if it's their own. Nala came into the program with several bad habits (jumping, nipping, counter surfing, barking, etc.). The typical puppy stuff. The drop off was fantastic. Josh and Brittany explained the program in detail and made sure they addressed all of our concerns. Not more than a half hour after drop off, Josh had already sent me an email with an update saying Nala had settled in nicely. Every thing about these folks is first class. Throughout the two weeks, we were provided with updates through social media and email. Our minds were at complete ease throughout the two weeks. Pick up went amazing as well. Josh and Brittany went over everything they had taught Nala and made sure we were comfortable and set up for success at home. Nala has only been home a couple days now and her bad behaviors have essentially disappeared. And, she hasn't lost any of her personality. A miracle! We cannot promote Lead the Way enough. Great program and great people. They are on a different level from any other training program. Thank you so much Josh and Brittany!Apr 30, 2018Lead the Way K9 Training's reply
