I would not recommend to use him for a job. We have been working with him since May and he continuously canceled, showed up late, did this job incorrectly, and was difficult to get a hold of. He would hire additional help that would not show up, and he would pay before the job was completed allowing those people to never show up again. This is how he left our home unable to complete everything and do so correctly. We have been nothing but disappointed with how everything planned out. If you want to give him the benefit of the doubt go ahead.Sep 29, 2018Verified
Isaiah was professional. He looked in the plumbing (water heater) problem I had and tried to resolve it. However we needed to replace the water heater and he took on the project and did not charge me an additional cost for the extra time he spent troubleshooting the problem. He got the issue resolved and charged me his rate for a water heater replacement.Jun 18, 2018Verified
talked to Isiah and he was very accommodating and responsive. He did what he said and went overboard in helping me get the job done. His work was very good and I would call on him for all of my plumbingJun 10, 2018Verified
Very good. Positive and helpful.Jun 10, 2018Verified
Isaiah provided excellent service installing hot water heaters for me. Isaiah went above and beyond to assure a quality job was completed and was very reasonable. I would recommend Isaiah for any plumbing jobs you need.Jun 30, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes I charge $50 an hour but this is a flat rate for every day. There has been times on a Sunday when an emergency happened and some companies will charge up to $300 just to show up. I'm not doing this to become rich. I just want to support my family doing what I know how. There are a lot of hard working people in the world like me who can't afford to shell out $300 just for someone to look at something that's an emergency. I'm here to try to help those people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Find out as much as I can over the phone and think of every possibly that I could run into. I come the first time prepared for anything and everything so I can get started and get the job done right, and as fast as possible without running all over town for parts and supplies. Once I'm there I'll assess the work to be done, explain the process to the customer so they are aware and evolved the the whole thing and agree on the total price, so neither part is blindsided at the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I worked for 4 years doing carpentry and left that to go to the state. Have been working for the state for 11, the last 7 I'm have been working in plumbing.
