- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our management fees are revenue based and run between 8 and 10%. These are generally all-inclusive fees, regardless of how many fires we put out that month. Tenant procurement is equal to one months rent. If you are a buyer, our services are free - If you are a seller, our standard selling fee is 6%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether we are working with an owner that wants to sell, a landlord that needs to rent, or a buyer that needs a new home, our first step is asking the right questions. Nothing that we do is a one size fits all, so figuring out your size and style allows us to get you exactly what you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our broker has been in the business for over 15 years, and has been a licensed CAM for much of that time as well. These things help us to provide smoother transactions, more effective solutions, and happier owners.
