Bernard, was great! Always made the workouts fun, and I could see the improvement in my body within a few weeks.

Bernard is an excellent personal trainer. I've worked out with him for many years and he always geared his training to meet my personal needs and goals. He made my workouts challenging but fun and made sure my technique was always correct so I wouldn't injure myself. For a great workout and a good challenge I would definitely reccommend Bernard as your PT.

I've worked with Bernard off and on for years he was not only my trainer but he became a great friend . When he approached me to offer me his services , 'I said, well I really don't need to work out . It's smiled and ask why? Because, I don't have a weight issue' but he gently informed me that working out was just as much a health issue as it was to maintaining weight especially as I one starts maturing. That made sesnse so, I decided to give him my number. He called and check in every now and again. Once ,he called and i said was tired and he offered to go for a walk with me. I said why do I want to go for a walk when I said I'm feeling tired and he said trust me you'll feel better. So, I got up and got dressed and we walked and talked about life and work. I didn't know it at the time why he kept asking me what i liked to do for fun . I finally thought about and said dancing. So he offered to go with me, ok. We did and i had fun hanging out with as a person. Finally, because there was no pressure and his true interest was for me to be healthy I agreeded to just start walking with him twice a week, for a fee of course. I hated working out and the idea of going into a gym maybe cringe. On one of our walks he said said you like dancing. I've heard of something lately about a new fitness program called Pole Fitness . He asked if id ever heard of it? I said no and he said why don't you go take the class and see if that's something you're interested in. I did and i was hooked. So now I saw his mode of operandi. He wanted to give me a reason to want to work out., sneaky but effectuve. I agreed to work out but under one condition, only if he could help me get strong enough to climb the pole . This was all he needed it was on and Poppin as he says, lol! I still didn't go to the gym he helped me out at home doing sit-ups and push-ups and bicep curls, jumping jacks and the dreaded jump rope. Bernard has a very gentle spirit and works with you until he finds a regimen that works with your personality. He has several options of programs I personally like the stretch regimen that he has cuz I could lay there and he would do all the work as he says , he he ha ha 😎. I will miss him dearly. He has relocated to Florida with some new Innovative programs. I wish I was there because I've gained a few pounds and this is not a health issue it's weight ,LOL ! I wish you the best of my friend.
