FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well my price generally range from $70 to $90 an hour, but there is a lot variations that goes into it. Basically, it is all subjective to individual cases but mostly to the package of workout sessions purchase upfront and the day/time and frequency of the sessions. By the biggest thing for me is my desire to help a trainee. I can be flexible when I see a definite seriousness on part of customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I have to qualify the new customer -- their background, genetics, lifestyle including diet habits, exercise experience, for example if they have ever played any sports or worked out in the past, health history, any limitations due to injuries, initial assessment to see where they are with fitness level and then perhaps most importantly their goals and the ultimate objective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, for starters, I am a natural born athlete and have played and partake in sports ever since I was kid, including tracks, dancing, Karate, and very heavily soccer. I also have BA degree in Business Admin, with a Liberal Arts minor and that, I feel helps. I have certifications in AFAA and NASM, and lots of fitness training, via workshops and tutorials such as PT On The Net, which is an ongoing education of Health and Fitness online. I also have a formal training in Customer Service which I feel is vital to a lasting relationship with my clients.
