*The counseling program used, is a highly individualized treatment program tailored to each individual's needs. We recommend 8 to 10 consecutive sessions. After the Initial intake assessment appointment, we provide you with a comprehensive treatment plan, of self-awereness, and of self-assessment, and walk you through a self-care plan to be focused on that is all tailored specifically for you in order to meet your individual goals.
* Our Counselees move at their own pace, achieving growth through acquiring coping skills, self-care & self- improvement techniques. You will develop plans that are positive and goal oriented. You will learn how to master your fears or anxieties, trust building in your self and your relationships. We help you to acquire and or modify ways to deal with conflicts resolutions. You will gain supportive mechanisms and tools to improve your interpersonal, professional, and communication skills. We will guide and counsel you in refocussing and repositioning your mind and attitudes towards positive thinking and acting. We help you get in touch with your inner feelings and emotions in order to successfully reach those goals.
*Wellness coaching and overall wellness practices are encouraged in our practice.
