- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer reasonable rates. Most services are set pricing depending on the unit size. We also offer customer loyalty discounts and reduced rates for reoccurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I like to do a full walk thru of home/ unit to assure all the customers needs are addressed. If there are any additional service not covered in pricing they will be discuss at that time
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in the hospitality industry over 10 years. working along side my mother, she has been in hospitality and property management industry for over 50 years.
