Mr. Chenevert did an excellent job on my locks. He rekeyed all four of my home locks and made adjustmen's on two doors that weren't working properly. He is kind and professional. I would highly recommend his business to any homeowner in need of locksmith work. I appreciated his timely response as well.

Mr. Chenevert is an absolute professional. So friendly! I hired him to rekey my new house, which he did (same day) in less than an hour. I appreciated his work so much, I had him rekey my rental unit as well. He even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I ever lock myself out of my car... he can beat "pop-a-lock" on time and pricing! He's the best.

John from Chenevert Safe and Lock LLC contacted me shortly after I posted by Thumbtack project. His written communications were clear and informative and we set up an appointment within a few days (the earliest time I was able to meet with him at my house). When he arrived, he was very friendly, courteous and professional. As we discussed the problem were having with one of our exterior doors, he was patient and took the time to both listen to our observations about the problem (the fact that the door wouldn't shut properly) and to make his own professional judgment.
Although that particular problem wasn't one that his company usually solved, he was very generous in explaining exactly what we would need to do to solve it. And during our conversation, he was able to resolve two three other problems we were having with older doors throughout our house. And all of this was done at a very reasonable price.
My wife and I were very impressed with John and with Chenevert Safe and Lock. We will definitely be calling them in the future.
