I am a custom homebuilder in the Rockwall / Heath area. I have been using Charlie Shearer for over 20 years to design my spec homes and most of my clients custom homes. During my 30 years of home building I have had several clients bring me house plans that they have already had designed. I speak from experience.......there are always mistakes or flaws in house plans no matter how much you pay or who designs them. I can say without a question....I have had very minimal issues with Charlie's plans......and honestly I prefer that he design anything that I build. Very knowledgeable on any style home you want !
