- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates vary based on keyword competition. As you can imagine ranking a website for "Shoe Repair in Avon, CO" is not the same as ranking one for "Car Insurance Chicago." The first one would cost a few hundred dollars and the second one tens of thousands. Lots of companies quote flat rates but in our experience, their clients always walk away disappointed. Effective SEO is not one size fits all. It costs time and money and the level of competition determines how much. Not some arbitrary number that sounds good but has no chance of providing a positive return on investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First - We conduct a comprehensive business analysis to better understand your business and industry. Second - We get to know your competitors by studying their tactics and how they approach the market. This helps us to position your business better. Since each industry is unique this requires careful research that helps determine which keywords and strategies to use in order to rank your website above the competitions. Third - We optimize your site according to Google's guidelines and begin your SEO campaign. Then, we ensure that your site is mobile ready so you can easily be found regardless of what device a customer uses. Fourth - We measure and analyze your results. Our job is to help grow your business so we need to know how everything performs. We can track calls, visits, and clicks to make sure we’re capturing as many customers as possible. Then, at the end of each month, we send you a performance report that shows how many leads were produced. Fifth - The decisions we make are based on data. As your campaign progresses, we learn what works and what doesn't and adjust accordingly. This helps you outperform competitors who don't continually optimize their websites and marketing campaigns.
