What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pest Control Services are based upon the square footage of your home. We offer one-time, monthly, and quarterly services to meet your needs. Mosquito Control Services run through October and are done monthly. Mosquito buckets are also available for purchase and maintenance through the season. Fixed Rates. Termite, bed bug, and rodent removal & exclusion work quotes can be obtained after a thorough inspection of the home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will being with a inspection of your home and informal meeting about what services you are needing. Services can be rendered the same day, depending what your needs are. For follow up services and appointments, you will be contacted by our office for scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years working in Pest Control 8+ years working in large corporate pest control company (both technician and sales)
