- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done by the square foot and/or custom bidding. Handyman services are by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a new customer and begin with a friendly introduction. Then get right into a discussion of the work needing to be done, including a detailed estimate. Scheduel a start date and then in a timely and effecient manner, complete the job/jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a current College Student with 18 credit hours and B average towards a " Construction Management Degree " I started in painting and construction in 1984. I had my own Propriotorship Painting Co. that contracted many jobs including a house that won "Parade of Homes" with the Builders Association. Now I have formed this LLC. I have been trained on and utilized over the years various equipment i.e. Airless spray equipment, Cup gun spray equipment, Texture spraying equipment, Pressure washing equipment, sandblasting equipment, Ladders, Scaffolding, Stilts, Safety harnesses, Respirators, Saws, Sanders, Nail guns, Leaf blowers, Weed eaters, Chainsaws, Wet & Dry Vacs, Wood lathes, Metal lathes, Boring bars, Drill presses, Tile cutters, Snakes, As well as, New Holland Loaders, Bobcats, Forklifts, Floorjacks, and a wide variety of handtools.
