- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each event is different so we like to customize a menu to fit a budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We offer private tastings in our Kitchen for Wedding Events and Corporate Catering. For Public events we typically like to have a 10-15 minute conversation to decide if it's a good fit for both sides.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Certified Sommelier, 20 years of Hospitality experience. 2 Sous Chefs are classically trained.
