FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only service fee I charge is a $29 dollar diagnostic fee. That's only if I come out and diagnose what is wrong with your system or plumbing issue. There is no charge for coming out to give an estimate for a new furnace or air conditioning system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in Plumving, Heating, and Cooling. I am NATE certified for heating and cooling. Also, I have a universal EPA certification to be able to handle all kinds of refrigerant.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to school for carpentry and then decided to continue on to do electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. When I got out into the field I realized how much I loved working with my hands and found HVAC and plumbing to come very easy to me, so I stuck with those trades.
