FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each quote is specific to the customer, especially when working with those on fixed incomes. I work with my customers to ensure they get the safest and most cost-effective work completed that they need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I walk through both the project and the estimated budget with the cusomer, to avoid any unexplained costs. I have experience in electrical materials retail as a former electrical department manager with Lowe's, and will share this experience with customers to avoid them paying unreasonable costs. After the costs are presented up front, a labor estimate is then laid out and explained as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dan Robbins over a decade of military electrical experience, in addition to an entire home rewire and gas line install. To date, not a single electrical or gas line job has failed inspection or been delayed due to a failed inspection.
