Who would be best suited to determine weather or not i need a combustion air vent installed in a water heater closet? A plumber or a mechanical pro? 9:08 AM SQUEAKS - A plumber or a Hvac tech who has done the training in proper ventilation of water heater saftey anyone certified :) 9:11 AM ME - Ok, can you send someone now? 9:12 AM SQUEAKS - Yes I can put you on the schedule now and have the next available tech come out 9:14 AM ME - Great! (ADDRESS HAS BEEN REMOVED) My name is #####. I can be reached at (PHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN REMOVED) 9:16 AM I was finally called by Squeaks at about 11AM and was asked what was wrong with my water heater. The gentleman didn't seem to enthused about the job description I gave. (not enough money involved is what it felt like) I could be wrong! He proceeded to tell me that he will check his schedule and get back to me. I thought I was put on the schedule at 9:14AM? I guess not. I waited an hour(12:20PM) and called back to determine when they thought a tech would be coming out. I was told that James, the only person that could give me that information, was "in a meeting." James called me back shortly thereafter and said that someone will be out between 2pm and 5pm No one showed...... No one called....... I am posting this review the following day at 6PM and still have not heard from Squeaks. I guess my money isn't green enough? I needed help and Squeaks let me down. I am so very sorry for your experience! I had no Idea that this had happened to you! I will be bringing this up to my boss right away! James no longer works with our company. Squeaks was quick to respond to my ad and to schedule. Unfortunately, we had a technician that seemed terribly unhappy about being at our home, or simply having to work that day. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never experienced anything like that before. We ended up sending him away, and hiring another service. A manager later spoke with me about the incident and offered to send another technician. While I appreciated the offer, our experience was so awful that we were not willing to allow another plumber from Squeaks Service in our home.May 10, 2018VerifiedLarry B.'s reply
